Blowing Digital Bubbles

Both Kay and Russ love Nintendogs. They enjoy showering, walking, feeding the digital doggy. What is really amazing is the software allows you to blow bubbles!

Star Chart

“I can buy a present when I have 30 stars! Right? Mummy?” Kay’s eyes brightened.
“Yes… you need to be a good girl and collect the stars.” I smiled.

“Buy a present?” Russ looked curious. He just repeated what his sister said.

She brought her milk bottle to the kitchen that night and rushed to the chart.
“Clear my bottle, plate or cup when I finished. Kay read while she pointed to the chart. She was excited.

I noticed Kay’s behaviour improved immediately. I guess Russ doesn’t really understand what’s going on. He was a little excited when I gave him his star on his Good Boy book.

To answer Pudgy Mummy’s question, here’s where I record their stars and good behaviour. Kay enjoys checking out her stars and reading her good behaviour by herself over and over again.

Santa Is Coming

“Mummy, I am a good girl. Santa will give me a toy.” Kay said.
Kay walked in while I was drying my hair after the shower one day.

“Oh?” I was surprised.
“When will Santa give you the toy?” I asked.

“He will give me the toy on Christmas day. He is making the toys now.” She said, twirling her hair and swaying her body from side to side.

“Hmm.. She knew that?!” I thought.
“So are you a good girl?” I asked.

“Yes! I am a good girl! Santa will give me a toy!” she said proudly.
